I'm a software engineer originally from Toronto currently based in Queens, NY. Who would have thought while as a kid alone at home playing with photoshop and coding up forums would build skills companies want to pay for?
The past few years professionally I've mostly focus on build infrastructure, application security and developer tooling. However, I consider myself to naturally be a more product-oriented engineer. Nonetheless, I've spent a surprising amount of time the past few years working with and around containers, which is at once a once-size fit all solution for all the problems but also the bane of my existence.
In my freetime, I dabble in cinematography, photography and design. Having spent the first 22 years of my life stuck in Scarborough, I try to travel a lot. I consider myself an active member of the foodie community.
